GNO Platform

The analytics and operations platform for Amazon FBA brand owners.

GNO Platform, built and operated by GNO Solutions LTD, is a multi-tenant SaaS application. Amazon sellers authorize GNO Platform via Amazon's OAuth consent flow, and we use the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API to give each authorizing seller a consolidated view of their own Amazon business.

What GNO Platform does

Three capabilities, each powered by the authorizing seller's own data through Amazon's official APIs.

Operating System for PPC

Clear views for placement optimization, and ad-type analysis to focus campaign spend on the highest-converting surfaces.

Keyword Ranking Opportunities

Surface high-converting search terms from existing campaigns, source new keywords for product relaunches, and flag underperforming targets.

Inventory Visibility

Consolidated stock-level view across every marketplace, so your team and ours stay aligned on what needs restock attention.

How it works

  1. Seller authorizes

Each seller grants access through Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow. No credentials are shared with GNO Platform.

  2. Data is fetched per seller

We fetch only that seller's data through the Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, scoped to their account and the marketplaces they have authorized.

  3. Data is isolated

Every authorizing seller's data lives in their own tenant. We never aggregate, share, or use one seller's data to inform another seller's experience, and we never share Amazon Information with any outside party.

  4. Revocable at any time

Sellers can revoke access through GNO Platform or Amazon Seller Central. After revocation, associated data is deleted within 30 days.

Our pricing

GNO Platform is included as part of the GNO Partners managed service program. Pricing is quote-based and tailored to each client based on monthly Amazon revenue, marketplace footprint, and the level of operational support the account needs.

Selling Partner API roles we use

Every SP-API role we request maps to a concrete capability that serves the authorizing seller's own business. We do not retrieve, store, or process buyer personal information under any of these roles.

Inventory and Order Management

Read inventory levels and order status to power stockout alerts, replenishment forecasting, and order-flow monitoring for the authorizing seller.

Amazon Fulfillment

Read FBA inventory positions, fulfillment fees, shipment status, and removal orders to give the seller a real-time view of their FBA operations and accurate fee accounting.

Amazon Warehousing and Distribution

Read AWD bulk storage inventory and inbound shipments so replenishment recommendations reflect the seller's full upstream supply chain, not just FBA.

Amazon Logistics

Read shipment tracking and delivery performance for orders fulfilled through Amazon Logistics, to surface delivery exceptions that affect the seller's account health.

Pricing

Read offer prices, Buy Box ownership, and competitive offers to power Buy Box monitoring and repricing recommendations for the seller's listings.

Product Listing

Read catalog data, listing attributes, and listing status to detect suppressed listings, attribute gaps, and catalog drift across the seller's SKUs.

Finance & Accounting

Read settlements, fees, refunds, and reimbursements to calculate accurate SKU-level and account-level profitability for the seller.

Brand Analytics

Read the Search Query Performance (SQP) report, ASIN view, for the authorizing seller's brand-registered ASINs. Used only to power our Keyword Research tool. See the dedicated Brand Analytics section below for the full workflow and data handling.

Selling Partner Insights

Read seller account metadata and marketplace participation to configure the workspace and route data to the correct marketplace dashboards.

Buyer Communication

Read buyer-seller messaging metadata such as response times and message counts to monitor the seller's account health metrics. We do not access buyer message content or personal information.

Buyer Solicitation

Send Amazon's policy-compliant Request a Review messages to eligible orders, on behalf of the authorizing seller.

Sustainability Certification

Read sustainability certification status, including Climate Pledge Friendly, for the seller's products to surface badge coverage and eligibility insights.

How we use Brand Analytics

GNO Platform uses Brand Analytics for one specific, well-defined purpose: powering our Keyword Research tool. The exact tool, report, output, and data handling are described below.

  • Tool: Keyword Research. Live today, accessible to every authorizing seller in their workspace. The tool helps the seller decide which search queries to invest in through PPC and listing optimization for their own brand-registered ASINs. Today, the tool requires the seller to manually download SQP data from Seller Central and upload the CSV; Brand Analytics SP-API access replaces that manual step with an automated, per-seller fetch.
  • Report used: Search Query Performance (SQP), ASIN view only. Scoped to ASINs the authorizing seller has Brand Registry ownership of. We do not use the Item Comparison, Demographics, Market Basket Analysis, or Repeat Purchase Behavior reports.
  • What the tool produces. A prioritized keyword list per ASIN that highlights which search queries are worth investing in and which to skip. The seller uses this list to plan PPC campaigns and listing optimization for their own brand.
  • Data scoping and AUP compliance. SQP data is fetched per authorizing seller and used solely to power that seller's own Keyword Research view. It is never aggregated across sellers, never used to inform another seller's experience, never shared with any third party, and never used to publish insights about Amazon's business.

Amazon Ads APIs we use

Each authorizing seller grants access to their own Amazon Advertising account through a separate Login with Amazon OAuth consent. The platform uses only the APIs listed below, and only for the advertising profiles the seller has explicitly authorized.

Profiles

Discover which advertising profiles the authorizing user has access to, so the platform routes data to the correct advertiser account and marketplace.

Sponsored Products

Read and manage Sponsored Products campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets, and negatives to power bidding optimization, search-term analysis, and performance reporting for the seller's own ads.

Sponsored Brands

Read and manage Sponsored Brands campaigns, ad groups, and creatives so the seller gets unified bidding and reporting alongside their Sponsored Products activity.

Sponsored Display

Read and manage Sponsored Display campaigns and audience targeting so the seller has a unified management surface across all sponsored ad types.

Reports

Generate and download advertising performance reports, including campaign, ad group, keyword, search-term, and placement reports, to power the platform's ACOS, TACOS, and attribution analytics.

Portfolios

Read portfolio organization so the platform's reporting and budgeting reflects the seller's existing account structure.

Recommendations and Change History

Read Amazon's optimization recommendations and the seller's account change history to surface them in the platform's recommendation and audit views.

Marketplaces we support

GNO Platform fetches data only from the marketplaces an authorizing seller has explicitly granted, and only through Amazon's official APIs.

United States Canada Mexico United Kingdom Germany France Italy Spain Netherlands
