With our vast experience in the peak season, pushing our own products and all our clients products, we’ve found many different Ad styles that generates amazing results during the peak season.
For this client, we tested those campaigns initially during October November, and once we saw good success, we created a plan to scale the campaigns aggressively.

First, we clarified the break-even ACOS: 37-40% across all variations.

Our goal is to get campaigns that will spend big amounts of money, and get sales with 25% ACOS or lower.

That way, we’ll maximize sales velocity, while increasing overall profits for the brand, as every sale will get a minimum of 12% margin.
So, we pushed HARD on those campaign styles.
Some worked well, and some did not. The ones that did, we doubled down on,
while maintaining the ACOS under our target.

So – We doubled down on those by launching 3 to 5 new campaigns every few days to achieve profitable growth.
Using Amazon Deals Aggressively:
We used the Best Deal for Black Friday/Cyber Monday - 12 full days – where we gave 15% discount, and lowered our PPC spend by 35%± to maintain profits for the brand.
Then, we added 3 Lighting Deals - on the 6th, 11th, and the 18th – for those deals we had to give a bigger discount, which led us to reduce our PPC spend by 60%± on the deals days to maximize profits.
The Black Friday/Cyber Monday Best deal week started on the 21th Novemeber. Our product was showing “arriving before Christmas” until the end of day the 23th December. So out of 33 days, we had a best deal or Lighting deal on 15 days – 45% of the time.
This created a situation where we almost always had the Lighting deal badge, which boosted the CTR and CVR of our product dramatically.
Those 16 days where the most profitable days of the event.
