Following this, he joined a leading Amazon private equity firm as a director, where he managed and scaled an 8-figure portfolio of Amazon businesses, overseeing everything from supply chain logistics to PPC and branding.
Later, Phillip then took on a key role as Head of Customer Success at an Amazon ad tech company valued at $35 million. During his time there, he scaled a brand from $3 million to $15 million in revenue and played an important role in its acquisition.
