From Amazon Newbies to Mastering Amazon, generating over $22m in revenue and $6m in yearly PROFITS

Clear gameplan:
We kicked off the process by outlining the key projects we would prioritize if this were our brand. Due to their lack of Amazon expertise, we also identified multiple quick wins to capitalize on along the way.
Main Image Optimization:
The first priority was optimizing their main images. We identified their top three products with the highest growth potential—these were the ones we planned to push aggressively for higher organic rankings.
Since their focus was on DTC and Shopify, they overlooked the impact of a high-converting, standout main image, which is crucial for Amazon.
Using our Main Image Framework, we redesigned their main images for these three products. By adding unique visual elements that made them pop in their niche, we achieved a significant CTR boost.
PPC Placement Optimization:
While improving main images, we also reallocated their PPC budget for better efficiency.
Our Brand Analysis revealed that their products performed exceptionally well in Top of Search, generating the lowest ACOS and highest conversion rates. Yet, their PPC agency was only allocating 25% of the budget to this placement.
We built a clear tracking system and a structured budget reallocation plan to shift more spend toward Top of Search.
- Within one quarter, Top of Search spend doubled.
- It now sits at ~70%, exceeding our 60% target.
This not only lowered ACOS and TACOS, improving profit margins, but also set the stage for the next growth phase.
Relaunch Process
for top products:
Once we optimized the main images and aligned PPC strategy to fuel growth instead of holding it back, we shifted all resources toward boosting organic rankings.
We trained the client’s team on our proven relaunch process, ensuring they could sustain long-term ranking improvements.
We conducted a deep keyword analysis, leveraging multiple data sources (Search Query Performance, Amazon PPC, Helium 10, DataDive, etc.) to uncover the best ranking opportunities.
From there, we:
- Grouped top keywords into structured KW clusters (Root + Long-tail combinations).
- Prioritized the keyword groups—deciding which to target first, second, and third.
- Implemented multiple CVR & CTR optimization tactics to maximize ranking impact.
- Aggressively pushed the most strategic keywords to gain momentum.
This brand operates in one of Amazon’s most competitive niches, where multiple keywords have 100K+ searches per month.
Due to the high competition, the relaunch was both time intensive and costly. However, thanks to strong execution and strong product-market fit, we successfully secured high rankings across most targeted keyword groups—positioning the brand for
long-term dominance.
