This brand sells customized products under its own brand on Amazon. While their overall profits were strong, sales were steadily declining every year since their peak in 2021. The client was worried that sales would keep declining until nothing was left.

PPC Fix – Installing GNO’s Operating System
September–October: We completely restructured their PPC campaigns, removing inefficient ads and implementing our data-driven PPC operating system.
- Step 1: Educate the client on how to make PPC decisions based on data.
- Step 2: Implemented structured campaign segmentation, eliminating wasted spend, optimizing bids and prepping the surface for the coming ranking campaigns.
- Step 3: We introduced a dedicated VA, previously trained in our system, to support the client and manage 80% of PPC work, allowing the client to focus on the 20% of actions that drive the most impact.
Result: The client now fully understands how PPC drives growth, when and how to optimize, and how to make data-driven decisions—all while spending minimal time, as the VA handles most of the work. This foundation is key for future projects and the long-term growth of the account.
Full Listing Optimization – Doubling Conversion Rates
October–November: Before pushing the main products forward, we first re-optimized all the client’s listings, as their conversion rates were too poor. We worked on every detail in the listing:
- Main image
- New title
- New Secondary images
- New EBC A+ Premium
- New Bullet points
Results:
- Last year we averaged a 8% CVR with AVG 0.78% CTR.
- This year we’re seeing an average of 10.55% CVR, and our CTR grew to 1.14% on AVG.
- CVR increased YoY by more than 30%, and CTR by 46%.
Relaunch & Keyword Ranking Strategy
One of the biggest weaknesses was poor organic ranking for critical keywords.
To fix this, we executed a ranking-focused relaunch strategy:
- Identified high-opportunity keywords where the brand had weak rankings but good conversion rates.
- Shifted 60% of the PPC budget to aggressively target these keywords.
- Implemented aggressive coupons and other tactics to boost CTR & CVR.
- Achieved top 10 rankings for all primary keywords.
Ongoing Strategy: We’ve maintained aggressive keyword ranking efforts, keeping 50% of PPC spend focused on expanding organic visibility across more high-impact keywords.
Result: The brand’s best-seller reached its highest-ever BSR (Best Seller Rank), dominating search results.
